Adam Voigt's Success

Adam joined Thought Leaders Business School when his practice was at white belt, almost yellow. His primary challenge was working in a market which is traditionally thought of as difficult to sell to - public education. Despite the tough market, Adam was determined. He had developed some excellent IP, was passionate about his expertise and the impact it could have, and had great conviction in his ability to help schools attain the learning outcomes they desired.

Here's his first testimonial video (by which time he had reached yellow belt, and his first blue belt month):

From there, he continued to grow. It was a tweak to his key cluster - the way that the delivery was packaged - which made his practice really pop. At this point, he started to blast his way up the ladder and have the impact he had deserved all along:

Now, Adam is a black belt. His IP is being rolled out in schools around the country, and has been utilised by the Tasmanian government to direct the development of schools across the state. He is assisted in the education sector by a growing team of experts helping others implement the IP, and he is now rolling out cultural development programs for professional organisations in other industries.

Here's Adam appearing on The Project on Channel Ten, his positioning now making him a national authority in the world of schools and education.
