You'll often hear us say we want you to "Do work you love, with people you like, the way you want", which is definitely an attractive idea. In practice, of course, it takes some time and effort to find a combination that satisfies your clients and lets you live a life by your own design.
Sometimes potential thought leaders come to us with concerns like "I think my ideas are a bit too far from the mainstream, I'm not sure this will work for me", or "I'm not sure I have the temperament for this", or a million other variations on the theme. It's perfectly reasonable to wonder if you fit the mould of a thought leader.
Our answer to all of them is "your uniqueness is your strength". Our goal is not to turn you into 'someone like us'. Our goal is to help you become even more like you. Our goal is to give you the opportunity and encouragement you need to be the best version of you.
Here's Linda Hutchings, introvert and black belt thought leader, describing her experience growing her practice.
