In this excerpt from a presentation at a Business School Immersion, Pete walks you through his favourite sales tool - which is perhaps surprisingly low-tech.

You'll hear him use the word 'cluster' a few times in this video, which you will be familiar with if you've come to one of our Roadshows or read The Thought Leaders Practice. In case you haven't, we use the word 'cluster' to describe a distinct commercial offering. (If you're an expert in leadership for example, you might have a Team Training Program cluster, a Team Leaders Coaching cluster, and an Executive Mentoring cluster).
